Interesting - each complete vibratory displacement is preceded by 1 or 2 
small displacement "waggles". Overtones, I'd guess.

I wonder whether it represents an actual condition of playing (no 
embouchure shown, real or artificial), or what is being noted by the 
poster. Google translate is no help at all.

Yes, the "wiggles" correspond to the overtones.

Reed coupling to an loudspeaker sound source.....there are a few such studies already.  It's interesting, but not quite the same as the reed, an embouchure/lip damped resonance source, acting as the flow control valve coupled to the harmonic regime of a conical tube's air column, for a non-linear, negative feedback loop.
