Hi Guys!. I am wondering , is there a method for getting the higher partials on mouthpiece to speak clearly.
I am getting a shrillish tone which is not to clear and I would like to correct the facing to create a fuller more robust tone. A screamer if possible!

What do you mean by "not too clear"? 

If you mean that the tone is
a bit like a guitar fuzz-tone, this is, IMO, the reed being over-driven.
On a 'scope, we'd see clipping. 

A high baffle drives the reed harder.
If one has a moveable baffle insert, the sound becomes shriller as the
baffle is moved towards the tip of the mouthpiece, and is probably
because the Bernoulli effect is being exerted closer to the reed tip.
One can have too much of a good thing as far as using a high baffle to
make a mouthpiece brighter and louder. 

Some reeds are more prone to
this kind of distortion. Fibracells, in my experience, which are already
pretty bright and buzzy, can be unpleasantly buzzy on a mouthpiece with
a baffle insert or high baffle. 

A harder reed may be less buzzy, and
slightly clipping a reed tip tends to reduce this buzz, although it may
become harder blowing.
