Just one question . I am a amateur making clarinet mouthpieces and  ... ¡all my mouthpieces has a little dirty sound (Stuffy)!! . Can anyone tell me what parameters are influential in this problem?

If the response is not clear, this can come from flat spots on the facing curve.  This is true for sax mouthpieces but mant clarinet mouthpieces sound fine with flat spots.  It depends on where they are located.   Crooked spots may also be a source of response problems.  Then there is the degree of facing curvature which and make a mouthpiece stuffy to free blowing and everything in between.
If you supply some facing measurements along with the feeler sizes you are using, I (and others here) can give you some recommendations. Mojo Mouthpiece Work LLC

--no baffle, that is, the baffle does not leave the tip rail in a small curve, but rather 
a straight line, so there is a sharp angle at the tip rail.
