SUBJECT: clarinet mpc question
I recently picked up an Buffet R-13 clarinet used, and it came with quite a nice mystery mpc, which I am trying to identify. The only marking is a small lyre at the base of the table on the right side. Anybody ever seen anything like that?

I know its a long shot...

Very likely some type of Vandoren piece. Is there a small letter/number
marking to the left side of the table?

Buffet also had their own piece with a crown near the base of the
table...

A "lyre" is part of the name of some Vandoren mouthpieces, B45 Lyre and
5RV Lyre.

No marking other than the lyre. I'm guessing it is a Buffet, although the clarinet comes with a custom barrel and Harrison lig, so whoever had it before was not scared of making it "non-stock".

  Thanks,
  Toby
