take any chance of ruining a good Link, and already have a trade in 
prospect/progress? on a 6* for my 8*, so "All is [will be] well which Ends Well".  My 
experience in mp refacing, MINOR scratch/small chip removal only, is limited to 
 clarinet mps, CAREFULLY, success rate about 50% !  I do enjoy
