Right now I'm not even a hobbyist. I figure if I ever get into it enough and 
good enough like some of you guys I'll either buy a Winslow guage or have 
one made.

Winslow (Madison Enterprises) does not normally sell their dial 
indicator gauge and fixture separately, unless this has changed very 
recently.
