I need some help from this group....I sent my tenor mouthpiece for 
resurfacing to Theo Wanne's store in Philadephila and I am having a 
difficult time in reaching him.  His email seems to be shut down 
does anyone know how to get in touch with him?  his e-mail address 
is theo@mouthpieceheaven but its useless.

            It is possible that he has to many unread emails forcing the ISP to block new emails.
            He sometimes travel a lot but as soon as he is at the shop he catch up on those emails.
            I experience him as being very reliable , posessing integrity .   I know it is frustrating waiting but it should be worth the 
            wait.
